Meet The Genius Team
Syed Quadri
Syed Quadri is the director of QUADNET and has spent 17 years in the Telecommunications and Networking industry. He received his master’s degree in Telecommunication and Computer Networks Engineering from South Bank University, London. Syed is highly qualified in his specialisation, holding a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Cisco Certified Design Associate, Voice Associate and Network Professional. Syed has been working and servicing Central Queensland since 2009 and has previously worked as Network Engineer for EZI Communications, Ergon Energy & Conoco Phillips and has been working as a Director of QUADNET since 2013.
Previously to this Syed has worked in UK for British Telecom as Frames Engineer & 5G Communications as Network Analyst. He brings extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Unified Communications and Wireless with a focus on Cisco, Ericsson-LG, Microsoft Azure, Hikvision, Milestone & Telstra enterprise solutions.
William Daniells
William Daniells is QUADNET’s Senior Telecommunication Technician. Will has more than 15 years of experience as an electrician in construction and mining industry. Will has also successfully transitioned to Telecommunication industry over the last 5 years. Will has extensive experience in installation and maintenance of Fibre, CCTV & Phone Systems. Will is a friendly, self-determined and efficient individual with great customer service.
Hayden Kapernick
Infrastructure Specialist
Craig Smith is the Senior Infrastructure Technician at QUADNET. Craig has completed the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) qualification, plus is currently studying the CCNP (Professional). Craig is also training to be our Cloud Infrastructure specialist in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Craig is a dedicated member of the QUADNET team, with 3 years’ experience, in the IT and telecommunications industry.
Francis Cook
Francis Cook is QUADNET’s Telecommunications Technician with 11 years experience with Telstra, as a Field Technician. Francis has completed a Certificate 3 in Telecommunications.
Francis specialises in NBN, SIP (VoIP Lines), CCTV & Phone System installations and has gained excellent customer skills working for more than a decade in fixing customers internet and phone lines around the Gladstone region.
William Webb
William Webb is the Junior Infrastructure Technician at QUADNET, just starting his career in the Telecommunications and Networking industry, presently he is studying a Diploma of Information Technology (ICT50118). In completing this diploma, he has acquired a wide range of knowledge in networking, website and software development, problem solving, virtual environments, network security and hosting a network server. William is also training to be our Cloud Infrastructure specilist in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
